bell does suck, i quit bell mobility head office 2months ago.
rip people off like you wouldn't believe.
i couldnht handle the complaints everyday, just in pissing me off, customers calling in and bitching.
they blame the switch from their old system to their "ensemble" system
old system was called day1
new system is called day2 (ensemble)
anyways they can EASILY give customers SHITLOADS of money/credits, but they figure, give them free call display for a few months or some free extra air time minutes and thatll shut them up.
dont settle for free air time, it doesnt cost them .
get free service/features for a year or more, fight for it, you can eventually get it.
i got $1200 back for the past year for my mom's and aunts phones.
they ed me over $1200 and i got it all credited back.
trick is, dont be a bitch with them, its not the reps fault, be nice, but be demanding =)
ill stick with telus for now, then going to rogers, telus' phones suck, they get the shittiest of the . they get phones nobody wants,
ie - the bell a660 here in this thread and telus' version the a670
bells version is a LOT lighter and more sleek...AND it does VIDEO (and pictures)
telus' version SUCKS MY NUTS...heaver, bulkier, not sleek and NO video capability.
rogers at least you can unlock any phone you want and theres a shitload of phones to choose from out there.
but bell and telus 2nd
