i have a lancer 03 wit HID but most days it takes me 5 or six tries before both lights go on and tonite one didnt come on at all im wondering how can i tell if the bulb is out or the ballast how can i check it and what fuses should have been changed again thanks in advance

take the bulb out and see if it is blown first... if it is not.. you would have to check the ballasts and ignitors...

not on here alot, but i know this will help. i got an 05 lancer with HID,
its a descision your gonna have to make.

in order to get all of them on the same time on the first attempt.
you will have to get a voltage stabalizer, that way it doesnt flicker, and you get enough power to juice it up the first time. second.

your gonna have to either give up your dalylight running lights, or re wire them to be your fogs.
so during the day your fogs are on, and then at night your fogs plus your hids are on.
