1995 eclipse headlights wont go on!

1995 eclipse headlights wont go on!
my headlights just wont work! checked fuses and relays and there all fine! what could it be?

check the primary power supply wires to the headlights because they are run in parallel circuitry if the primary wire before the branch off is broken....both wont work...
also check the switch and bulbs

get a voltmeter and try different parts to see where the electricity gets cut off
