!996 Polaris Xplorer 300 4X4 Won't Start ! Help Please !!!?

It's Geting plenty of fuel and I put a new plug in it. It's geting fire and it still won't start.I even gave it a small shot of either and still nothing.Can any-one help me please???

maybe the fuel filter is pugged as it sounds like it is not getting gas
