Buying a bike

What should I look for if I was buying a bike?

What's a good mileage on a ninja 2004 500r and/or a 2004 Honda CBR600 F4I?

Would they let me testdrive the bike if I was 19 with M2? I tried last year and they didn't let me but I can't remember why. I had just gotten my m2 and I guess they didn't let me because I didn't have the actual license, just the paperwork.

thus year model bike rough estimate would be around 5000 - 10000 km as for test riding a bike i dont think most bike owner will let even though if u have years of riding experience if u wanna test ride a bike i suggest u check motorcycle manufacturer website for there annual demo ride event good luck

actually I would recommend picking a lower mileage bike (less than 8000km's) the reason I say that is I have experienced buying used bikes and well... problems do occur, and when they do; its hella pain in the a**.

+1 with the demo rides. Make sure you have your license before then though, or they won't let you ride anything!
