1. 16 for 50cc and under but you will need a learner liecence and a cbt

3. how long is a bit of string depends on the ped your age how long you`ve been riding where you live etc ( cheapest for my 17 year od bro on a 50cc bike was 250 )

this would have to be a larger one over 50cc but under 125cc you will have to be 17 to ride one of these
