honda reflex scooter?

I'm looking at buying a honda reflex and would like to know how fast it accelerates. Does anyone know what a 0-60 time is? and also the max speed?also, i just heard that they are probably limited by law to 55mph, why?

The Honda Reflex is a 250cc gas motor scooter. It is probably limited to 55 miles per hour, by law, considering the kind of scooter it is.Considering the Reflex is a "feet-forward" design, and you can't move your feet back to brace yourself, I don't think it was meant for drag racing.Honda also makes a 250cc scooter called the "Big Ruckus",which is the same frame machine and same engine, but doesn't have the fiberglass bodywork of the Reflex. The Big Ruckus costs around two thousand dollars less than the Reflex.

Honda reflex can go 100km/h+

You can ride them on 400 series highway legally.
