At your size, you need a bigger bike. My husband and I being Harley people would definitely recommend a Harley. If you want a sport bike any of the Softails would be good, as would a Fat Boy or a Road King. But, Harley's are expensive. Any of the rice burners, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki all have bigger bikes that would fit you and they don't cost quite as much. Just make sure that you get a bike that fits your larger frame. A big man on a little bike just looks ridiculous.

Cubic CentimetersI would recommend a 1000CCs. For someone as tall and big as you. However, it might be too big for your first bike. Make sure if you drop it, you can pick it up. The dealer will put it down on a mat, and allow you to pick it up. Just ask.Honda puts out great sport bikes. The suspension was just re done a few years ago.
