for Helmets? I'm looking for full face helmets. Would you recommend Arai or Suomy?

both meet DOT guidelines, I'm a little more partial to ARAI, but that's just me. Both are good.

Try them both on, find the fit thats best for you and then look at color and design

Best thing to do is get the one which fits your noggin the best. Don't worry to shell out a bit more. We're talking about your head here. I personally have a Shoei helmet. That's because it fits my head the best. And ontop of that, it looks FLY!

Generally speaking, Arai's tend to fit skinny faces, while Suomy's fit rounder shape faces. That's my 2 cents.
