eBay is a good place to start. Be careful of responding to newspaper ads, their prices can be inflated and some of them insist you take out their insurance too.Edit: Pardon me, I think I've misunderstood your question. I'm thinking you're talking about 3-wheeled mobility scooters, but I bet you're not are you?
