Why does my 2006 GSX-R 600 bog down when taking off from a stop?

Power commander with map for Two Brothers Racing slip on. When releasing clutch bike begins jerking, no matter how much throttle I give. Other two bikes (R6, ZX-6) don't do this. Please can someone tell me why this is. Dealership is completely uninterested.

Dude, what are you talking about?
Gixxers have been FI (Fuel Injected) since 2001.

Timothy P - Try posting on gixxer.com or gtamotorcycle.com for more technical answers as they're actual motorcycle forums!
Nice bike btw, see you on the roads.

Good luck on the fix!

The sparkplugs might need some cleaning, try that or as others suggested get a power commander to tune it.
