Scratched door

I'm a new driver and when I was parking I scratched the left door (picture attached). Does anyone know if I need to get the entire door replaced or can it just be sand & repainted by a professional? Also can someone tell me an estimate cost? There's no dents but some scratches are deep where you see the metal inside.
