2000 CRV honda Where is the OBDII connector located?

2000 CRV honda Where is the OBDII connector located?
I can only find two plugs (2pin and 3 pin) located left of the center console. I have a 16pin OBDII cable, cant find where it goes!

Try looking under the dash right above your left or right knee.
