the a/c on my honda crv isnt blowing cold..help?

i read internet sites about it and the Honda CRV compressors are very expensive, so before I take it in to just try tapping it a few time in case valves are stuck. Problem is, I'm not sure where I'm supposed to be tapping? Can someone pinpoint where the compressor and condensor are located? many thanks

that happened to my 1998 kia sephia. it was leaking that gas in the a/c. so we would by some gas that comes with a hose to connect it to some valve. ask the people at advanced auto parts.

The a/c compressor isnt like a starter you cant get it to work by tapping on it they are expensive on all cars not just one like yours since it quit working tkae it to a shop and have them check it for leaks and check the low pressure switch
