Can my 94 ls automatic integra beat a 5 speed 2000 celica gt?

my Integra has short ram intake and has 4-2-1 headers and whole exhaust with straight pipe and jdm muffler which is big has NGK spark plugs and wires

the celica is stock who can win thanks

The GT is going to beat you.

Bigger engine, more transmission control.

Not to mention the fact that a B16 isn't getting anything out of it w/ those headers.
