Is during 2000 hero honda and tvs suzuki were patners??in my rc book of cbz hero

honda its written tvs suzuk.? in my rc book in makers body its written tvs suzuki while bike is hero honda cbz??plz tell if nebody knws wether it is or my bike seller was fraud??
