the Dealership I work for is sistered to a Honda dealership thus I think I may be able to answer a few questions in regards to the Dodge Grand Caravan versus the Honda Odessy. Body structure very simular, some features very simular such as the gear shift on the drivers side dash, manual lumbar on driver's seat; the Engine Grand Caravan has a standard 3.3L engine the Odessy has 3.5L; however there is also an optional 3.8L on the Grand Caravan and Odessey has a 4.0. but that is as close as the two really are if safety is an issue for a minivan the Grand Caravan has standard multistage driver/passenger/ side curtain air bags; option of stow n go seating or the newest style of swivel n go with stowable table. 834 sq ft of cargo space available in the Grand caravan as well as driver/ passenger/and second row sliding windows which is a first of its kind in the industry.hoped some of this has helped
