what do you need to make this sawp possible other than engine tranny ecu???
any suggestions??? advice??? anything???

Linkage, axles and mounts. what year civic is going into? if it's not MPFI it'll need to be rewired for it

then i think it's just the 3 you listed and the 3 i listed if the car doesn't have vtec you'll have to add the wires for it. that's all i can think of for now. my knowledge of civics is limited
