Transmission oil change

I have a D16Z6 standard transmission, and it has about 180*** clicks on tranny, what tranny oil should I use, Honda MTF or GM Synchro? which one would you recommend?

for a d16z6 there no point in locating syncro mesh oem honda fluid will be fine

u can also use any 5w30
