Ground kits any good?

Can anyone tell me if ground kits improve performace or is it just a waste of money? If it is a good product, what brand you reccommend?

I guess the factory cable is good enough, until there is grounding problems. Correct me if you strongly think grounding kits improve ride quality!

I have a buddyclub racing spec condenser on my car. It smoothed out the idle and prevents voltage drop when you turn on your headlights or radio.
