It is stock. I saw one in october run low low 12's STOCK coming right from the assembly line.

there is a sweet spot for all gears on all cars, this sweet spot allows you to upshift without the need for a clutch, i remember my dad dooing it alot in europe but none the less u really gotrta know your car cause htis takes some skill
