Most of the paint on the top of the car is not in good conditions...
So i was thinking of repainting the top only... so Red again or Black?

Ehh Looks like your car's a hardtop, I dont think it looks right on a hardtop, T-tops you could probobly pull it off. But with the hard top its going to stick out way too much and it just wont look right IMO. Id say thats a no go keep it red

you guys are all on crack. hardtop Fbodies NEEEEEEEEEED a black top. if it has t-tops you can get by with a body color c-pillar. my yellow Z28 was a hardtop with an all black roof. i cant imagine if it had an all yellow C-pillar and roof. it would look absolutley horid!!! especially with black wheels, the car would look so much better with a black top. and no offense but when i see a body colored roof on an Fbody, i always think Base model, bottom of the line. just my oppinion.

Yep since I have Black wheels, Blackouts on the back... Well the black Top sounded like a good idea.

I know 2 paint shops and I’m going to ask for prices etc... And if I get a good price I was planning on doing the Top and Bumper at the same time.

Black, that is the way my hard top was. Did the T top coversion and repainted it black. I agree, red top looks like a base model, I also like black mirrors with the black roof.
