Malibu problems

Okay so we have a problem. Got the malibu running today as you all may have seen in my last post. Our only real problem other than being to loud in the neighborhood is that after we put in the new battery for the motor our generator light stays on if the battery is hooked up. All the time no matter if there are keys in the car or not.

Don't really know how to fix this if anyone has some ideas let me know

thanks
Vinny

Sure you have the wires hooked up right? Otherwise I would use a volt meter at the battery when it's running to see if you have the correct voltage. Just my .02
