I would recommend never buying Nexens...They are biggest fuking POS tires in the world...No GRIP, no Traction, No WET TRACTION, CORNERING SUCKS FUKIN NUTS, atleast 2 tires are out of round...NEVER BUY THESE FUKING PEICE OF **** TIRES EVER!!!

* I know my Car is dirtay, Im going to wash it today... and I know I didnt put on my corners yet, been to busy with work and all of that fun stuff.

In replacement of these, my work was very nice and Im getting Yokohama S-Drives for basically nothing and I am going to be Very happy with these new tires... Im going to burn the *** out of my Nexens before I get rid of the Cheap ******.

http://www.yokohamatire.com/pdf/S.dr...in%20FINAL.pdf

My new tire Specs

275/40R17 98W

TreadWear: 300/AA

my Nexens had a 360 Treadwear...my Firehawks had 340 or something close to that, so 300 will sacrafice mileage but grip will be a hell of a lot better.

Fyi - Treadwear ratings are made by the manufacturer, and are not looked over by the government or any type of intermediary. So they can write anything they want for the traction, treadwear, etc. So you may get a Kumho and get 700AA Treadwear and traction, then get a Michelin, and get a 500AA rating, and they be the exact same.

Dont go by numbers, go by consumer review. Check on tire forums, etc.

I personally dont care for Yokahamas at all, due to the amount of recalls, and defects ive seen in them. But its been years since i've worked with them, so hopefully they've gotten better.

Personally, I dont see the point in spending money on street tires. If your going to do it, go street drags, otherwise, get a cheap street tire.
