Welp, I sold the 2 12"s and the box and the amp, and this coming Tuesday, i'm getting my new system put in. It's going to be only one 12" in a custom slot-ported box. Here are the parts:

Rockford Fosgate Power T112D2 Subwoofer -- 600 watts RMS 1200 watts PEAK
Rockford Fosgate Power P60001 Amplifier -- Mono-Channel 600 watt amp
Custom Slot Ported Box

It should hit like a *****, I can't wait for it I'll have pics up Tuesday when I get it all in.

I hope it'll hit harder than my old set-up. The guy said he hit 147 db or something like that with a 10" woofer a little bit smaller than this one, with the same style box, so hopefully I should be at a little bit more than that

maybe if he miked the port, or it was a little clown car, nice stuff, but A 10 won't do 147 on an rta, you should be around 130 with proper mike placement (it goes in the drivers seat and positioned at ear level basically where your head goes) still very respectable and that's without distortion
