egr

is there any way off getting rid off the egr pipe that goes into the header. I was thinking about foward headers for my turbo I was wondering if you could get rid of the whole thing.

Yes, you can do an EGR delete, but you'll have to get the code removed from your computer first to pass OBD inspection.

Yes, unless you remove the codes from the ECM like I said before. You have to have them deleted. Any mail order tune service can do that for you. (PCMforless.com, texas-speed.com, etc.)
