What do I need to drive a scooter up to 149cc?
What do I need to drive a scooter? I'm from Poland. Want to buy a scooter and drive it on UK roads. Please tell me what documents I need to aquire before and after I buy a scooter. I don't hold ANY driving licence. I also need to know where to aquire the necessary documents. Thanks.
