Cold air intake problem

Yo sup guys, i got this cold air intake kit from CT, and the rubber hose that it comes with doesn't fit the hole on my engine side, even though on my engine's hole is 2.5" which is the same same as the cold air intake tube, The rubber tube it came with is to small. So for now im using one of those air furnace ducts, but it not air tight... so i think im loosing air and ironically paying more for gas. Is there any substitute you guys can think of, or a place where i can get a rubber tube thats 2.5". i was thinking of maybe just using duct tape or aluminum tape? but if it comes to that ill just get another kit.
