15" rims on 2002 C230 Komp problems/help

15" rims on 2002 C230 Komp problems/help
so I got 15" mercedes winter rims with pilot alpins...
thought all was a go.. 5x112 bolt so all was good.
when I put it on, it won't turn. I took a good look, and seems caliper
clears and doesn't rub, etc... what could be the problem.
I know the manuf. suggest 16 and 17 rims for this model/year only, but I was wondering if anyone else had luck with these???
thanks. Would spacers fix it??
