manual and speedo is frozen but the engine has been rebuilt have paper work for it and its sold as is.

ODO is frozen, sorry about that- never got around to fixing it.

its a 5 speed with the 8v GLI motor.

Is there rust by the fuel door? When was it resprayed? What reciepts do you have with the vehicle? What was done during the rebuild? When was the last time the strut mounts have been changed? How much life is left on the tires? Whats the condition of the brake lines/fuel lines?

Yes there is rust by the fuel door.
I think it was resprayed 2 owners ago... 2ish years perhaps?
Don't have many receipts apart from the stuff that I fixed, brake lines, fuel dizzy, drive axle... too numerous to list.
I haven't changed the strut mounts so I wouldn't know
The tires are probably 75-80% good. Sticky as hell in the dry.
I replaced all the rear brake lines, the rest are how I got them.

No sorry, the problem is that I'm moving up to Waterloo to go to school and have no place to park it or keep the rims. The whole thing has to go, I am flexible on the price.

The car doesn't need anything to pass it's etest or safety. From what I understand because it is over a certain age, you do not need to have the car etested anymore.

. sorry it's taken me so long to reply, i've gotten side tracked with school and all. the car is in a warehouse for the winter.

you can have the quad rounds if you buy the car :P .
