Etest Question

sup guys I know for sure my car wont pass an etest it needs a catalytic converter plus probably some other stuff. anyways I heard that if ur car doesnt pass then you can buy something for like 2 years that allows u to get plates and stuff.

any help would be greatly appreciated

You can get a conditional pass for two years not sure how much it costs, I think you can do it only once per vehicle.

When are they killing the drive clean program 2007?

I think if you fail and spend over a certain amount like arround 350 or somethin to fix the problem, and still fail, you can get a conditional pass

I cannot say anything about him good or bad since I have never met him, but I would be careful since you realize he is publicly advertising for blatenly illegal stuff on a board that everyone knows the cops read.
