I have a Nikon Coolpix 8800.. eh its a little broekn rightnow because I let it on paarman's windshield a few weeks ago and it sorta fell off .. if I turn it or move it or after a few pictures taken it gives me an error. Im going to get it fixed soon tho I still have my warenty.

Yes, the lens is an important factor, but if you do a lot of digital work in PS, then megapixels are important if you want that extra quality, and need to do resizing. Adric's camera is 8 mp, and has a hell of a nice lens... I think it was like a $900 camera

Well when I do graphic design.. and I cut out cars I get much much better results than I did with my 5 megapixel because when you resize it down it looks much better.
Anyway who doesnt want better quality..
