There was a shitload of people. I saw about 4 or 5 runs, then someone yelled cops, about half the people took off, but I saw no cops. Then someone yelled cops again, and everyone else took off. I was recording everyone running. Then we finally saw cops at the end of the street... they were just around the corner and blocked in about 10-15 cars. Took some pics and went home.
