For the first year at least I want to do it all on my own as a pure ProjectCamaro.com event. My dream would be to start a car show series for late model GM sports/muscle cars but we'll see if that's possible due to the funds that would be needed.
I've left a message to the person I was suppose to, to rent the lot I want. I hope she returns my call soon as we can get everything finalized.

The only bad part about this show and paying for it myself is that it's taking money out of my mod fund. The money I'm using for the show right now at least was originally put aside for paint of the GFX and a pair of Strano bars.
Oh well I'm hoping the investment will be worth it in the long run.

Well Chad if I can get my bumper back on I might be able to make it to some shows... Hopefully the car will be ready by May's MFBA cruise.
For those that wanna know... I pulled my GFX off by accident when I was backing the Camaro into the garage and I hit a large ice chunk that peeled the GFX off, I guess the epoxy doesnt hold well when the weather heats up and cools down... It also peeled my paint off the bumper so now I have to dremel the old epoxy off the bumper and GFX, sand the bumper and repaint it.

Ok the people finally called me back about the track rental.
The woman wanted to know more details from me and we can't finalize anything until she talks to her manager but she'll be calling me back on Friday.
But here's what we talked about. I wanted to bring pizza's in for everyone but we're not 100% if that's going to be allowed. They don't allow outside food brought in but that's normally for inside so she's going to check to see if it's different since it's only in the parking lot. They would be willing to make the food but I have a feeling it's going to cost a good amount.
To normally park in their lot you have to pay a parking fee but that would be waived for us since I'll be paying up front for the rental.
I will be going there the day before hand to make sure the lot that we'll be using will be cleaned up and free of anything than can put holes in people's tires. If anyone else would like to join me I'd appreciate it. I'll also go back the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up, I don't want to leave a mess for them.
