ill go to bong cuz i actually know how to get there... lol im sure i could find the other place tho, we could do a BBQ that we tell everyone to plan for themselves and we couild just have a a PC BBQ before hand, like say the PC BBQ starts at 12 and other meet starts at 1 or so... just an idea

The only downside to Bong is that it's a state park so you have to pay to get in. I don't remember how much but it isn't bad.

If we do this let's do it right. I'll reserve a section ahead of time so we won't have to worry about anyone else taking it.
As for food we'll need to find a way for everyone to chip in. Either everyone bring a certian part (i.e drinks, ice, buns, etc...), everyone chip in and one person buys it, or we just bring our own food.

chip in is a good idea i think... we take a count of how many poeple are there b4 hand and then one person buys and then will split up the cost when we get there i think that will be the easiest

yeah definitely do where everyone buys something (or bring your own and have desinated cooks)
you dont want to have one person buy it all and then get paid there because theres always gonna be the ones who say oh i dont have money etc. or if you do a list theres always the people who forget to bring their item...then you're eating buns with no burgers.
hopefully this isnt group like that, but ive run into it with every cookout party event ive ever been to.
