I would run knowing that I would lose ( which is probably a great majority of it ), and I would run against some idiot in electric grandma cart.. as long its for shitz and giggles, and not on a public road where passerby doesn't know whats going on.. We're all middle men when it comes to organizing some runs. Some ppl just bring there cars and just wanna spectate (which is not a problem). Meets are open to all. People with gonads line it up.

I spectate, mostly cause I,m not too familiar with tsr members . The guys I do/did know are not high post count guys or are banned . I also dont like to run where I havent planned escape routes, hiding spots . Theres nothing like trying to run and turning onto a dead end or fenced off road :thumbsup ..77.

I hear you on the escape routes and hiding spots.. thats when you glue yourself to someone familiar with that area ( gee.. I wonder whom that will be
)I also agree with Cerbreus.. nothin wrong with watchin..( I watch most of the time as my beast is stock and with mortgage and stupidly high insurance, I Can't afford anything else ) as long as your not a numb nut and stand on the road or peel in and out of timmies and the spots to get unwanted attention to follow you or give your location away

u know, when the meet first started 3 yeras ago...i was the middle man, everyone came to me for directions and heads up as to whats going on....
i relinquished that control over to Zlatko the next year simply because i got sick and tired of nagging and whinning from everyone

"are we gonna go yet"
"whats that guy got? u dont know? what do u mean....?"
"this race spot is BAIT!! why arent we going somewhere else"
"yo, this race spot u found is garbage!!! "

me and Zlatko busted our asses looking for better race spots, me and him spent nights cruising the west side of TO looking for spots and all our efforts were spat on and made fun off....ya i know Zlatko knows to be a bit weird, but he loved the wed night meets and i'm sure he is sick and tired of all the BS that goes with running that ..
thats why we're so unnorganized. nobody's leading anymore..... we all sit around timmies waiting for someone to leave and go to HK and then we all go there and act surprised when cops show up?? i mean come on....they arent THAT stupid.

and no, watching isnt okay...
street racing isnt a spectator sport....only ppl with intentions to run should come out the race spot. i dont want to have 200 ppl watching me run and after i'm done with the race there is nobody else lining up even though there are tons of modified cars.....thats why nobody runs...too many ppl.

#2 meets are organized....and it doesnt matter who does it, as long as it gets done.
#3 my only rant from the "traditional" wed meet is that the "spot" should change every Wed and should be determined at the "meeting spot".
Just my 2 cents. I'll be co-ordinating this and other issues with some TSR familiars. Anyhow, C u there!

well HK has had meny good nights that for sure.
But its been used on Wends night so much that cops now know that every wends they wil find people there. To top it off its used other nights as well.
Same as how 14 got played out. Its still a great street to stop and do a pass on but its been used for so many years that it will never be a good spot to stay all night at.
Now there are places around HK that seem ok but getting people to go to them is a pain in the ***. if u had 50 car trying to go u will lose half of them anyway.
I might not make it out tonight but next week i will print out a few places that seem ok to go to and get a few people to ponder over there idea's as well.
