You told them you wanted the day off, right?
If they don't give it, they're just jerking you around more with the last opportunity they have. If so, you need to be sick that day. They should have more sense, it's her fault for not giving you the day off that she knew you wanted off.
If they'd let you have desired days off in the past years, it would be a different story.

Well the weather isn't looking to good for Saturday. If the weather's going to be bad I won't be going. It's a seven hour round trip just driving so it's going to be a long day and if the weather's bad I won't be able to make it. If it was only an hour away or so I would make it no matter what.

I hope the weather clears up for you WI folks....youre really getting some crap up there. I dont want anyone driving in bad weather anyways. Down here things are fine, but no one needs to risk them or the cars in crap weather. If its clear and the roads are fine and you can come, thats wonderful and I hope thats the case, but if not....just stay home. I will make a trip up there sometime if we could get a group together
