If I remember correctly I get off work at 5:00 so I could be in Oak Creek around six.
Becky if you want we can meet up at the Legions hall and drive down together. I can meet you at 6:00 though and not any earlier. Racing starts at 5:00 and goes until 11:00.

I just got back. It really wasn't that busy, sure there were a lot of people but not a huge amount.
They are taping five shows in a row and my friends and I all left after the first one was done. It was moving extremely slow and it's not like Pinks. If they don't like something they cut it and redo it until they do like it. Rich spent most of the time in the tower anyways since he's not hosting the show. Becky got his autograph but that's only because she knew someone that worked there and he went into the tower and got it for her. Rich didn't come by the crowd at all.
For the show there's three people and they have to guess what the car will run. They are allowed to each ask one question. Well one guy worked for the show(they'll say that when it airs as well) and he's the person that won. So the other guys didn't get a penny and he won the $1,500. Of course as soon as the cameras turned off he gave the money right back.
I'll watch it when it comes out just to see if I can see myself but I am not impressed with it at all. I was hoping they were going to go through the crowd and just choose cars. I will be shocked if anything ran 11's. They were all race cars which really took away from the show.
If you want to just run your car good luck. They were using the left lane for the show so you could only run in the right lane. Well the guy that came in the same time I did didn't get his first run in until two hours later. That's way to long to be sitting in the lanes.
Personally I think they should have gotten rid of the test n tune part. On the show you're going to hear cars runing and doing burnouts right behind the host. That and you could tell some guys where doing huge smoke shows on purpose just to cover the host and the people playing with smoke so they couldn't see.
