July 22nd GTG
This is the unofficial summer GTG thread. I signed the contract and paid the fee so the lot is ours.
The GTG will be from Noon until 5:00pm on Sundy July 22nd.
I will provide the drinks but I'm not sure about the food situation. Right now I'm thinking there won't be anything other than snacks which should be fine, if you can't go five hours without a meal then you can bring your own food
Here is the address. It is only one turn after you get off the interstate so it's really easy to find. I will take pictures of the turns and the rented lot/building just to make sure no one get's lost and so they realize how easy it is to find.

Oh and the lot has picnic tables, shelters, etc... so you won't have to just stand there the whole time. There's a nice little park next to it so feel free to bring a football or something to throw around. We also have the hall rented but I'm not sure if we'll use it or not.
I will make the offcial post in a week or two when all the details are worked out.

Will the elusive Becky be there?
What park is that Chad? City, County, what? They got a grill stand in the park? That would be a cool side-item, and a little grilling at the park woldn't take up lot space. Would that work? Would food in the park require permits?
Any decision on what types of vehicles invited? or allowed?
That "Mi Casa" GTG for the same date is not the same event, I take it.

No, it's not the same event. The other "Mi Casa" event is in Missouri. Quite a drive for you northern guys. I'm more leaning towards Chad's than the Missouri one since it's closer.

imr eally stuck with ls1.com..... i dont know if it can get better than that. its also gonna be hard to go back and forth lol. ill introduce myelf at the meet and if everyone seems real cool i will be around here alot
