When I found the site is was the picture of the day. Which was like an hour ago. Now it looks like it's different. It was essentially the exact same thing as the paper.

yeah this dude just came up taking like 14 pictures a second of me while I was wiping off my windshield, and looking down... I was thinking...wtf is this creep snapping me to go fap off later or what? then I realized he was from the paper lolol..
