i think the closest that your going to get to that is a projector headlight conversion with clear head light covers.

I'm thinkin bout something from a vette. I know it would take some modifying but I it could work.

im really thinkin those T/A lights couldnt be that difficult to wire up or mold into the holes in the camaro front end.. but ive never played with a set upclose
