but i agree, that bad boy is huge.... maybe theyre swapping in a stroked 351 in there.

These guys definatly look like smart guys, I'm sure they did their research to proporly size the turbo. Those are large housings but we cant be sure of the wheel size / trim / A/R etc.
A 6000-6200rpm timing retard soft cut would probobly get that thing up to 10psi easilly I would think (or hope?), and that should be more than enough to get as hard of a launch as you can (unless grip is a total non-issue, in which case you simply need a bigger engine IMO)

i think for most events you can only spray 3rd?

Can't wait to see that thing in action. 'bout time somebody did something like that.
as for the size.. i'm sure these guys did some calculations before buying that thing. doesn't look like it's their first day.

well just to update that turbo had an oil seal leak so it was taken out and a smaller one was put in, "smaller" LOL its still a t78 , haha the original turbo makes the t78 look like a 14b ......hahaha well it put down 400rwhp with a stock motor and about 13 psi . so thinkgs are looking good. oh and thats without the water-air intercooler so that will give alot more power when it is done.
