Nope, either a 2.3L 4 banger or a 3.0L V6...but the V6 is a bit of a boat anchor, stock is 130hp

Well tonight was a good night for most at the track I broke on the 2nd run, ripped the shifter linkage away from the floor of the car, lol I must admit I'm pretty impressed, but thats what you get for bangin' gears. The car was stuck in 4th so I had to limp home lol, what a long drive...

I ran a 16.2 with a not so great launch...and no spray, I sprayed the 2nd pass when I broke and ran a 17.2@95mph...so the mph is there just need to get the car off the line better and not break anything lol...and last time I was at the track I ran 14.8@95mph

The same thing happened to a friend yesterday at Cayuga. Before we got there he noticed he had a huge crack in his intercooler. We stopped at Crappy Tire for some quick set epoxy. That blew off first pass! He left to go to another DSMers house and got it welded. First pass back he's up against a pretty mean SRT-4, my buddy ripped him out the hole and opened his lead in 2nd, only to look for 3rd and it not be there. Then he couldn't find any gears after that. He also had to drive home with only 4th gear

haha well at least I'm not the only one lol, It's temperarly fixed for now so I can at least drive it

I had fun even tho all 3 DSMs were each having their problems. One with IC/tranny, the other couldn't get is tune straight and was almost a second slower than usual, and the last car couldn't get any more boost out of the boost controller. He should have been running another 5-8psi. I had gave him a really aggressive tune to make the most of the psi he had. I got him upto a 117mph trap starting from the low 100's. I had so much fuel taken away and timing added it was starting to make me nervous LOL, but he wasn't knocking. I really wanted to lower timing and add in some more boost but couldn't. Oh, and all the DSMs were on pump gas

Hey AntiRice i was there i saw ur car its loud as hell man i was very dissapointed i only ran a 14.3@95mph 2.1 60' i just but a greddy turbo kit on my car 98 gsr and i had a 55shot on it before running 14.3 @99mph on shitty tires so i actually got slower im having some timing issues im planning to head up in 2 weeks if anybody wants to go down.

Haha you ripped the shifter off the floor, I think that's a first for T/T's

The MPH is definetely there though, just get some sticky tires on it (if you still have th Proxes 4's) and you'll get off the line nicely
