Introduction and right hand drive Q (newbee)
I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself; I have recently crossed over from the world of Trucks to the more enjoyable world of Supras. I used to part out and build off-road Toyota 4-Runners but a friend has gotten interested in buying a SUPRA!
I am looking at getting a right-hand drive one and was wondering if anyone out there could offer some help and testimonials; I know they are out there and have seen about 3,4. I haven't had luck checking the search function, thanks in advance!

you gotta import it from the motherland (japan) lol. places like and tigerjapanese can do it for you, but they usually charge some $$ for commission etc. call them up though and get some estimates.
go to Japanese used cars - Used Japanese car imports direct from Japanese auctions and click on search price data to get an estimate of the base price. also, private message a user on here called birdie92k he just imported an eg6 and he's very helpful.

Be careful as the provinces and the feds are starting to really clamp down on JDM imports. I sold my JDM Silvia to buy a USDM MR2 because I didn't want to deal with the BS (dot headlights, glass, etc.)

i'm actually a current owner of an RHD supra and looking to unload it if your interested. It's a 91 2.5GT twin turbo R, 90,000kms and modified up to the ying-yang. amazing car and in excellent shape. More details on request.

look at terra2imports.ca as well, they have quite a few selections, only downside is they're in Vancouver. Given, they'll charge a higher fee to get it in Toronto, but at least you'll have a ballpark expenditure figure..

i didn't think we had those problems in Ontario (headlights, glass...) I have some buddies that have imported skylines and rx-7's and they didn't have to deal with that. I know you have to worry about those issues in other provinces like BC, but I'm pretty sure you won't have to worry about that in Ontario.
