car accident need help please!!

are you liable for all damages that are incurred prior to the accident?

the car was stationed, and the bumper fell off they want new combination lights new alignment

allignment wtf .. no u dont have to pay for that .. unless the impact snapped a tie rod or bent a control arm or caused some kind of damage to the suspension.

No of course not. Only pay for the parts/things that are related to the accident. However lets say you hit their bumper and te bumper already had scratches/dents etc then you have no choice but to repair the bumber
