it looks like pimpinphilosophy has most of the answers....
in my experience
- year make model of the car - Civics are known to be high theft, usually modded
- class of license - G2 is killinyou - get your G. Also the longer you've had your license makes a diff
- age of driver - break once you hit 25 (used to be breaks when you get married, and another when you have a child)
- how many drivers in the household - if you have a 17 yr old licensed brother with a fresh G1
- where you live - at least you dont live in Scarb - car theft city
- extension of coverage - If you want cheaper insurance - switch to a higher deductable, lower your liability, remove collision coverage

apart from the obvious driving record (tickets, accidents, etc)

how old? If your 18-21 and only paying 170 for full coverage ... that my friend is a great rate!!

I see your in brampton, rates tend be a lot higher in that territory. Speak to your Agent, see if you can qualify for any other discounts.

still in school? if so, talk to your agent! You must show 70% avg and you should beable to get another discount (good student discount).
