Couple of Questions Regarding Tickets...

Hi,
I got 2 tickets In Aug/2005. I chose to fight both, so I signed a form to apply for a trial. (I Applied at the end of august 2005). And they still havent informed me, or gave me a trial date... I was also told that if after 6 months, something about the tickets/charges can be dropped???

Don't worry about being "informed" aka summoned to appear. 14 Months in Toronto will kill the ticket according to R. v. Morin. Just fill out a form 4F for unreasonable delay and serve the AG of Ont, Can and the Prosecutor.
