Friend sprayed cop

I was biking down the street the other day and my friend(Jason)
got pulled over by the cops and he made him pull in to the parking lot of the convience store and and so I went in on the step of the store and just listened in on what was going on and the cops was being a usual dick cause hes got a rsx thats riced out and he just got a metalic paint job put on it orange and black and the cop was doing the basic questions and everything and he asked if he could under the hood and when my the cop went walking towards the hood jason pressed the nitrous button and sprayed the cops with the purge so now he has a charge for having nitrous installed...But will he get a something spraying the cops?

Nitrous is legal if not hooked up on public road.. and a sign is posted on the car. ( We're talkin legally )

Gasoline is legal doesn't mean it's ok to spray someone in the face with it.

Will he get in ?!?!?! Depends on how far cops wants to push it.. wat can he charge with?? I don't know much bout law.. closest thing I can think of is "Assaulting an officer" don't think that will hold up too well.. but he can sue if he wants to fake or has injuries ( i.e. trouble breathing, can't see, can't eat, can't perform in bed anymore.. after being Purged.. :loser: )

Ask our friendly gldwngr.. he seems to know as much bout laws as the cops do

actually you can legally have it hooked up in the car and use it on the street.
.
.
..
.
.if you do something very specific.

and no,
i'm not gonig to tell you.

doesn't it involve venting to the outside of the vehicle?

If the cop stuck his head under the hood and then your friend intentionally sprayed him, then he deserves whatever charge is going to be laid upon him. Seriously, why do that?

Actually it doesnt take much pressure to damage an eye or ear drum in an incident like that . Even high pressure blowing onto skin can cause blood clots an .
On the other hand its part of a cops job to deal with not nice people and dangerous situations..77.

The spray wasnt under the hood it was on the side of the car

and the higest it went o nthe cop was to his elbow

Zapa 08-11-2005 08:04 PM

sorry to be naughty ppl , but what he did took balls and it's great .

too bad that he didn't damage the cop's eyes , not only because i don't like cops , but if they become affraid of street racers the way their affraid of criminals then maybe they'll start going after old ladys speeding and racing in wheel chairs and leave us alone .

What your friend did is horribly irresponsible. It gives every last one of us a bad name. If the Police feel they need to start drawing their sidearms when approaching modified vehicles, we'll know who to thank. :appl:

Seems like your friend is looking to get the Larry King treatment; who knows, it might beat some sense into him.
