g1 driver not accompanied by licensed driver

my lil brother was pulled over with no licensed driver in the pass seat.. he has a G1.. a couple brokers call this a major ticket.. is it??

yeah.

one of the kid at my work has that on his record. most insurance companies won't touch him. those that do quotes him in the range of $5-7000 a year for most cars.

Yeah, you're going to have a lot of trouble getting over that one. Take it to court, but I doubt they'll make you any offers. You should get a good lawyer or maybe an x-cop (but I don't know if they can do anything either way).

its an old ticket.. is there such a thing as a pardon if someone else pretended to be him in this case?? my other brother who is 20 with a suspended license got pulled over with his drunk buddy in teh pass seat of his own car.. he told the cop he was my youngest bro, but didnt think the ticket would be this hardcore.. now my little bro is 20 and wants to drive and still has a year of this ticket left!!

That would be something you would want to take up with a lawyer. I think impersonation may improve your younger brother's chances of driving, but may lead to a criminal conviction of the older brother. The judge might sympathize with the fact that the owner of the car was drunk.

dress nice in court . make sure u look as young as posible . and bring mom and dad and look scared . judges look at all these things .
