Good Fing luck.

I paid $4200 a year on my 1992 Integra when I was 18. The only reason I got that rate was because my mom was with the same insurance company for like 16 years. But hey some people luck out.

You could also try RBC Insurance. They seem to be pretty flexible reymts and have offered pretty low rates to a few family members here.
